There in the "About Me" part of the Blog, you'll now see a photo. As I was scanning the Mike McCartney photos below, I also scanned this picture of the rough of the very first poster advertising a Beatles gig. How cool is that? Very punk rock of them, I must say. The image on the poster is a sketch of John from a photo taken at the Silver Beatles' audition for Larry Parnes to earn a spot as Billy Fury's backing band (instead they got to back up "Johnny Gentle", much to their chagrin--see the Anthology), May 10, 1960.
That is a really awesome poster!
